Obstetricians and Gynecologists in Indonesia are required to fulfill professional credit points through the CPD (Continuous Professional Development / P2KB) mechanism managed by POGI. The manual recording process or physical archiving of logbook documents is often complicated, time-consuming, and prone to data loss. The POGIJAYA organization required a digital solution that would ease the burden on members in inputting performance data, while simultaneously simplifying POGIJAYA’s process for verifying and managing the acquisition of SKP (Professional Credit Units) per period.

2. The Incode Online Solution

Incode Online developed the POGIJAYA Logbook as a mobile application designed with a user-friendly program, enabling POGI members to easily input their logbook data:

1. Digital Data Input: The application serves as a mobile tool for recording member logbook scores (SKP). Members can easily enter data related to Clinical Performance, Scientific Performance, Community Service, and Self-Learning (in accordance with the P2KB forms).
2. SKP Progress Visualization: The application features a Resume menu containing charts of the SKP achievements obtained by the member. This helps members monitor their progress in fulfilling their P2KB obligations.
3. Integrated Member Management: The application includes a Member Identity menu for completing member data and is integrated with POGIJAYA’s management system, ensuring the centralized and valid entry of logbook data.
